Time to Dye Some Eggs!

We decided to dye some eggs for Easter this year with Bailey. We knew it would test her patience (and ours), but we also knew it would be very fun for her (which it was), and we wanted to let her just have at it and decorate the eggs to her liking! We took everything outside because...eggs + dye + glitter + a 2 year old = a mess! Ross tried to explain the process to her before we began, as you can see in this first picture...

Then, it was time to start dipping those eggs...

This was daddy trying to explain to Bailey that you have to let the eggs sit in there a while, but she was ready to see the finished product!

These next few pictures are what I like to call, "The many faces of Bailey"

The eggs drying...

Time to start putting those stickers on!

And the finished eggs...yeah Bailey!

Easter morning, we hid all the eggs she made in the house and had an egg hunt at about 6:30am. Bailey wakes up with an abundance of energy!

Banks just hung out in his little chair and watched the action while he drank his milk...what a good little boy! Have I mentioned how sweet he is?!!

Well, I think that about wraps up the Easter posts! Thanks for hanging in there with me!
