6 Month Check-up

Today was Bailey's 6 month check-up with her doctor.  I know everyone is dying to know how much she weighs now, so here goes...Bailey is now 19 pounds even!!!  She is 27 and 1/2 inches long also!  She is still in the 95th percentile for both height and weight, which the doctor said is great because she's staying steady!  Everything went well, and Bailey was wonderful as always (except for the brief moment when she was getting her shots, but you can't really blame her for that).  The poor girl giving her the shots felt horrible because Bailey was grinning from ear to ear at her when she first walked in, and she knew she was about to cause her much pain.  The doctor said she is doing great and that she is quite advanced as far as what she can do for her age.  She will go back when she is nine months old.

Bailey also officially has her first tooth popping through the bottom.  It's really cute!  That would explain the excessive drooling lately!  My how she is growing.  We are so blessed to have a healthy, sweet, beautiful daughter.
